Kraton Polymers Increases Price of Kraton D SIS Polymers for Adhesives & Sealants Customers in Europe, Africa & Middle East

LONDON (November 23, 2004) – Kraton Polymers will increase the price of all Kraton D SIS, SBS and IR polymers for adhesives and sealants customers in Europe, Africa & Middle East, effective December 1. The increase will be 150 € per MT (metric ton).

“Kraton Polymers is facing a strong demand for styrencic block copolymers, while pressures from energy, raw material, packaging and transportation costs are continuing. The announced price increase will be necessary to ensure supply security, service standards and innovation,” said Olaf Breuer, Regional Business Manager Adhesives, Sealants & Coatings.
