Cold Seal Food Packaging Adhesives

Today cold seal adhesive systems used for flexible food packaging are often based on natural rubber latex, offering a unique combination of adhesion and cohesive strength in the required range but without tackiness. Unfortunately natural rubber latex solutions suffer from limited stability on high shear, high speed production lines as well as allergy, odor and quality variations that can be problematic.
